SMS Program Terms
These SMS Program Terms ("SMS Terms") govern the text-message (SMS) program operated by CPro360, Inc. ("CPro360", "we", "our", or "us"). By providing your mobile number and opting in via the SMS Consent Form, you agree to these SMS Terms. They are incorporated into and supplement our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Program description
CPro360 operates a transactional SMS program that delivers account-related text messages to users who have provided their mobile phone number and affirmatively opted in. The program is operated through Twilio Inc. as our SMS aggregator. Messages originate from a CPro360-controlled toll-free number in the United States.
The categories of messages we send under this program are:
- Account verification: One-time codes sent during sign-up and during step-up authentication for sensitive actions.
- Security alerts: Notifications of password changes, two-factor enrollment, sign-in from a new device, and other security-impacting events on your account.
- Account-activity reminders (opt-in within Notification Settings): Task assignments, invoice approvals, schedule changes, payment recorded, document shared, and similar in-app activity that the user has elected to mirror to SMS.
We do not send marketing, promotional, advertising, or solicitation messages under this program. Marketing communications, if any, are sent only by email and only after a separate opt-in.
2. Message frequency
Frequency varies based on your account activity and the notification categories you have enabled. A typical user receives between 0 and 10 messages per week. Heavy users (project managers actively running multiple projects) may receive more. You can adjust which categories you receive at any time inside the CPro360 app at Settings → Notifications.
3. Costs
CPro360 does not charge for SMS messages. However, message and data rates may apply as determined by your wireless carrier. Please consult your wireless plan if you are unsure of those rates. You are responsible for any carrier charges incurred while participating in the SMS program.
4. Opt-out (STOP)
You may withdraw your consent and stop receiving SMS messages from CPro360 at any time by:
- Replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message we send. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS from CPro360 unless you re-opt in.
- Toggling SMS off inside the CPro360 app at Settings → Notifications → Mobile (SMS).
- Emailing support@cpro360.com with "STOP SMS" and the mobile number to remove.
Note: opting out of SMS does not unsubscribe you from required transactional emails (e.g., billing receipts, security notices). To delete your account entirely, use the in-app account-deletion flow or contact support.
5. Help (HELP)
Reply HELP or INFO to any CPro360 message to receive our support contact information and a link to this page. You may also reach our support team at support@cpro360.com or +1 (770) 380-6790.
6. Supported carriers
CPro360 SMS messages are supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Cricket Wireless, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service may be interrupted from time to time and message delivery is not guaranteed.
7. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and the authorised user of the mobile phone number you provide. By opting in, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the wireless plan associated with your number permits the receipt of SMS messages.
8. Privacy
Your mobile number, the consent record, and any messages we exchange with you are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or consent record with any third party for marketing purposes. The only third parties who handle this data are our SMS aggregator (Twilio Inc.) and your wireless carrier, both of whom act on our behalf to deliver the messages you have requested.
9. Changes
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued participation in the SMS program after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. No warranty
The SMS program is offered "as is" without warranty of any kind. CPro360 disclaims liability for any delays, errors, or non-delivery of messages, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
