SMS Consent Form
This page reproduces the exact opt-in form and disclosure language shown to CPro360 customers when they sign up for an account, or whenever they elect to start receiving text messages from us. It is published here so prospective users, regulators, and our messaging providers (Twilio) can review the consent flow without needing an active account.

What you're consenting to, in plain English
- Who sends the messages: CPro360, Inc.
- What kind of messages: One-time login verification codes, security alerts, and (optionally) account-activity reminders such as task assignments, invoice approvals, and schedule changes — all triggered by your account activity.
- Frequency: Varies by your account activity. Typical users receive 0–10 messages per week.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply, charged by your wireless carrier. CPro360 does not charge for SMS.
- To stop: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final confirmation.
- For help: Reply HELP, or email support@cpro360.com.
- Sharing: Your mobile number and opt-in consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
1. The Consent Form (as shown to users)
The form below is the live consent widget rendered inside the CPro360 sign-up flow and the in-app Notification Settings page. It is reproduced here verbatim. Submitting it on this public page is non-binding — it is provided for review only.
2. Where this form appears
- Account sign-up: Shown on
https://app.cpro360.com/signup. The SMS opt-in checkbox is unchecked by default and must be affirmatively ticked by the user before consent is captured. - In-app Notification Settings: Existing users can opt in (or out) at any time at
app.cpro360.com → Settings → Notifications → Mobile (SMS). The same disclosure text is shown above the toggle. - Mobile app: Equivalent toggle inside the CPro360 iOS / Android apps at
Account → Notifications. Same disclosure.
3. Audit trail of each consent
When a user submits the consent inside the real CPro360 application, we record:
- The user's account id, email, and mobile number
- The exact disclosure text rendered to them (versioned so historical opt-ins can be reconstructed)
- The timestamp (UTC, ISO 8601)
- The originating IP address and user-agent
- The mode of consent capture (web sign-up, in-app settings, or mobile app)
This record is retained for the life of the account plus 4 years after deletion, in line with TCPA recordkeeping guidance.
4. Opt-out and HELP keywords
Every SMS message we send includes the originator identification ("CPro360") and supports the standard keywords:
- STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT — immediate opt-out. The user receives one final confirmation message and no further SMS unless they re-opt-in.
- HELP, INFO — replies with our support contact information and a link back to this consent form.
