JobTread has earned its reputation among smaller contractors: one price with every feature, free portals for subs and customers, and a sales-and-estimating front end that many remodelers like. This page is for the builder deciding between it and CPro360. It compares what each costs as your office grows, how each handles the field, scheduling, money and AI, and says plainly who should pick which.
JobTread details come from jobtread.com, its pricing page and its feature pages for scheduling, sub and vendor management, the mobile app and the AI Connector, read in October 2026. Where their pages do not say, we say "not stated" rather than guess.

Competitors change their products and prices often. If anything here is out of date, tell us and we will correct it.
Both companies publish their prices, which already puts them ahead of much of the category, and both let subcontractors, vendors and customers use the portals without charge. The difference is in how the price scales with your office.
JobTread charges $199 a month for the account with the first internal user included, then $20 a month for each additional internal user, with tiered breaks after ten. Annual billing takes 20% off, so the base becomes $159 a month billed as $1,908 a year. Every feature is included and there is no contract or setup fee. There is no free trial, but monthly subscriptions carry a 30-day money-back guarantee.
CPro360 charges by tier, with users included in each. Starter is $49 a month for up to five active projects and three users. Growth is $99 a month for up to twenty-five projects and ten users. Pro is $199 a month for unlimited projects and unlimited users. Annual billing is $499, $999 and $1,990. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial with no card.
| Internal users | JobTread, monthly | JobTread, annual | CPro360 |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | $199 | $159 | $49 (Starter) or $99 (Growth) |
| 3 | $239 | about $195 | $49 (Starter) or $99 (Growth) |
| 5 | $279 | about $223 | $99 (Growth) |
| 10 | $379 | about $303 | $99 (Growth) |
| 20 | $579 before tiered breaks | about $463 before breaks | $199 (Pro, unlimited) |
JobTread monthly figures are $199 plus $20 per user after the first; annual figures apply the published 20% discount. JobTread's breaks after ten users reduce the 20-user figure; the page does not list the amounts. CPro360 Starter is capped at five active projects and Growth at twenty-five.
For a one-person operation on monthly billing the gap is $150 a month. For a ten-person office it is $280 a month, or about $3,360 a year. If your internal team is small and you lean on JobTread's sales tools every day, the difference may be worth paying. If you are a builder with a growing office and most of the work lives in the field, it is hard to justify.
This is the clearest difference between the two. JobTread's mobile offering is a progressive web app: you save the website to your home screen and, in their words, you won't find it in your favorite app store. It gives field users the full feature set and real-time updates, and some customers like that subs and homeowners never have to install anything. Its mobile page does not mention working without a connection.
CPro360 ships native iOS and Android apps for both the GC portal and the subcontractor portal, tuned for phones and, since 2026, for iPad and Android tablets with a two-pane layout. Photos, daily logs, RFIs, quality checklists, document uploads and receipt capture keep working on a slab or in a basement with no signal and sync the moment the phone is back on the network. The web and mobile apps both ship in English and Mexican Spanish, chosen once per user, so the PM in the office and the framer in the field each read in their own language. We could not find a language option on JobTread's pages.
If your crews work where signal is unreliable, or part of your team reads Spanish first, this section decides it.
JobTread's scheduling is task-centred: assign tasks to several people with due dates and sub-tasks, start from templates, see capacity and bottlenecks, and view the plan as a calendar, Gantt or list with sync to iCal, Google Calendar and Outlook. It is a capable organiser for a small team. Its scheduling page does not mention weather. CPro360 runs a critical-path schedule built around trades, monitors the 14-day forecast for each jobsite, flags weather-sensitive tasks up to two weeks ahead, alerts the affected subcontractors by SMS and email, and reschedules the dependent chain with one confirmation before they load the truck.
JobTread is strong here and it is fair to say so: a CRM with lead management, estimating from a cost catalog with formulas and parameters, onscreen takeoff, proposals with eSignatures, bid requests that feed cost tracking, and one-click conversion of bids to POs and work orders. CPro360 starts the estimate from residential templates or lets AI draft a first pass from uploaded plans, splits it into trade bid packages with an AI-drafted scope of work, lets subs bid in their portal or simply by replying to the email, levels the bids side by side against your estimate, and awards straight to a subcontract or purchase order.
Both cover budgeting, job costing, change orders, sub billing and customer invoices, and both sync with QuickBooks Online; CPro360 also syncs QuickBooks Desktop and imports and exports Xero, Sage and spreadsheets. JobTread adds AIA payment applications and homeowner financing, which matter if you do commercial work or sell financed remodels. CPro360 counts committed costs from subcontracts and POs before the bill arrives, shows cost-to-complete, treats the change order as a workflow that updates budget and schedule on approval, tracks retainage with partial release, and can hold a sub's task payment until their COI and W-9 are current. JobTread tracks COIs and licenses; its pages do not describe a payment hold.
JobTread has built-in AI for budgets, formulas and forms, and an AI Connector that lets ChatGPT or Claude work inside JobTread through an MCP server: create estimates, build schedules, extract plan quantities, generate selections, analyse the business. You bring your own API key from the AI provider. CPro360's AI is included with no extra subscription and is pointed at the residential office: it reads supplier receipts, sub invoices and quotations into line items on the right budget line, drafts an estimate from plans, writes scopes of work, and flags schedule slips and budgets trending over before they land.
JobTread's sales front end is deeper: CRM, lead management, proposals, eSignatures and a cost catalog with formulas are polished and sit in one flow with estimating and takeoff. Its customer-experience set includes homeowner financing and warranty management, which CPro360 does not offer. It serves pool builders, outdoor-living contractors, roofers and commercial contractors, so a company doing more than homes gets one platform. Its one-price, every-feature model is simple. And its AI Connector is a genuinely open design for a team that already lives in ChatGPT or Claude.
If that describes you, JobTread is a good choice. If you are a residential builder whose work is won in the field as much as in the office, read on.
Clients and contacts, subcontractors with their insurance and W-9 details, cost codes, projects, budgets and line items, schedules with dependencies, change orders and daily logs are loaded from your JobTread exports in build order. Every file is dry-run first, and you reconcile project counts, budget totals and open change orders before sign-off. Re-runs update rather than duplicate.
Plan on about a week of your team's time for exports and review inside a four-to-six-week calendar. The migration guide has the full sequence and the export checklist. Starting fresh is faster: a trial account with residential templates loaded takes an afternoon, and JobTread's no-contract terms mean there is nothing to wait out.
For most residential builders, yes. CPro360 is $49, $99 or $199 a month with users included in each tier. JobTread's published price is $199 a month plus $20 a month for each internal user beyond the first, so a five-person office is about $279 a month, or roughly $223 on annual billing. Both let subcontractors, vendors and customers use their portals free.
No. JobTread's pricing page lists unlimited customer and vendor portal users at no charge; only internal users are billed. CPro360 also includes unlimited subcontractor and GC portal seats on every plan. The pricing difference between the two is the base price and the per-internal-user charge, not portal access.
JobTread's mobile offering is a progressive web app that you save to the home screen; its own page says you won't find it in an app store and does not mention offline use. CPro360 ships native iOS and Android apps for both the GC and subcontractor portals, tuned for phones and tablets, and they work offline on site and sync later.
CPro360 monitors the 14-day forecast per jobsite, flags weather-sensitive tasks up to two weeks ahead, alerts the affected subcontractors by SMS and email, and reschedules the dependent chain with one confirmation. We found no weather feature on JobTread's scheduling page; its schedule offers calendar, Gantt and list views with task templates and calendar sync.

Yes. The CPro360 team runs migrations as a quoted service: clients, subcontractors, cost codes, projects, budgets, schedules, change orders and daily logs are loaded from your exports in build order, dry-run first, and reconciled against the source before go-live. See the migration guide.
