The 30-day trial is the full Pro plan with unlimited users and projects. When it ends you choose a plan; your data stays. Billing is monthly or annual through Stripe, and you manage it yourself in Settings, Billing. Plan changes are prorated. Cancelling a monthly plan ends it at the end of the month; cancelling an annual plan refunds the unused portion. Subcontractor seats never cost anything, there are no per-client fees and no setup fee. The one paid service is a done-for-you migration, quoted per migration.
A user is a member of your own team with a CPro360 login: owner, project managers, superintendents, office staff. Subcontractors, homeowners and GC or owner contacts use the portals and do not count toward the user limit on any plan. Subcontractor seats are unlimited and free on every plan; the client portal is included from Growth.
Only active projects count: jobs that are not yet completed or cancelled. Finished jobs stay in your account as history and do not use a slot. Starter allows 5 active projects, Growth 25, and Pro is unlimited. If you reach the limit you are prompted to upgrade or close out a finished job; nothing is lost.
